Amy Phillips is an emerging filmmaker, photographer, and visual artist focused on exploring gender and sexuality across the American landscape. Weaving contrast of the expected and unexpected, they aim to retell old and beloved tales through modernized, queer love letters.

Her capstone academic film, Chaps, following the World Gay Rodeo Finals in El Reno, Oklahoma earned a nomination for a Student Emmy award, and her work has been highlighted by her alma matter, University of Colorado – Boulder.
